Das Buch befasst sich aus literatur- und kulturwissenschaftlicher Sicht mit der Repräsentation von Opfern abseits von ‚Opferkult‘, (Selbst-)Viktimisierung und Täter-Opfer-Binarität in vorwiegend nach 1989 entstandenen literarischen Texten.
