Im Theorieteil der Dissertation grenzt sie die Begriffe Kooperation und Koordination gegen-einander ab und entwickelt auf Basis von Annahmen aus der Lernortkooperation ein eigenes erweitertes Kooperationsmodell, das mit Modellen aus anderen Disziplinen verglichen wird. In einer qualitativen empirischen Erhebung im Aktionsforschungsdesign validiert die Autorin ihr Modell mit Daten aus fast 100 Interviews sowie einem Forschungstagebuch. Die empirischen Daten sind eine Novität: Erstmals wurden Mitarbeitende aus beiden Kooperationsunternehmen in Deutschland und China befragt.
Die Ergebnisse der Untersuchung weisen darauf hin, dass Kooperation und Konkurrenz in einem Joint-Venture-Projekt nicht unabhängig voneinander betrachtet werden sollten. |
