The results allowed us to conclude that there are difficulties regarding the financial inclusion of the Municipal Office for Attention to Persons with Disabilities, due to a lack of articulation between public and private organizations due to the lack of adequate information regarding the benefits of financial inclusion. for this social group. There is an effort to achieve this inclusion, as well as a regulatory framework in this regard; but due to the lack of articulation, the implemented strategies do not benefit the population with disabilities in order to achieve their effective inclusion within society. |

Fue de enfoque cualitativo, el tipo de investigación fue básica, el diseño de investigación fue estudio de caso. Se empleó como técnicas entrevistas semi estructuradas, observación y análisis documental. Además, se utilizó el método inductivo para el desarrollo y análisis de información recabada dentro de la unidad de estudio. Los resultados permitieron concluir que existen dificultades respecto a la inclusión financiera de la Oficina Municipal de Atención a las Personas con discapacidad, producto de una falta de articulación entre los organismos públicos y privados por la falta de información adecuada respecto a los beneficios de la inclusión financiera para este grupo social.
