Der Übergang von der Schule in die Berufswelt ist für SchülerInnen ein herausfordernder Prozess, in dem sie auch von den Lehrkräften besonders unterstützt werden. Die qualitative Studie untersucht auf der Grundlage von ExpertInneninterviews die Theorien, die LehrerInnen bezüglich einer erfolgreichen oder weniger erfolgreichen Gestaltung des Übergangs von SchülerInnen in die Ausbildungs- und Berufspraxis haben. Diese (professionellen) Wissensgebilde werden nicht nur kritisch reflektiert, sondern ebenfalls auf das Vorhandensein bzw.
