In this dissertation, Nicolas Leu therefore subjects objective attribution to a comprehensive and critical review that also takes into account the criminal offense system in which objective attribution is embedded. |

Im deutschen Schrifttum hat sich die Lehre der objektiven Zurechnung längst als herrschende Meinung durchgesetzt. In der Schweiz hat sie Eingang in die Literatur gefunden und ist bereits in die Rechtsprechung des Bundesgerichts zum Fahrlässigkeitsdelikt eingeflossen. Kritische Stimmen weisen jedoch darauf hin, dass der Diskussionsstand durch eine Vielzahl verschiedener, teilweise nur marginal abweichender Lösungsansätzen geprägt sei. Ein Blick in die Literatur zeigt tatsächlich, dass viele wesentliche Fragen, wie etwa die Existenzberechtigung einzelner Zurechnungsgesichtspunkte, auch heute noch umstritten sind.
