In der Pandemie zeigte sich auch die Notwendigkeit der Digitalisierung von Prüfungen. Der zweite Teil bietet daher eine umfassende rechtliche Würdigung elektronischer Fernprüfungen, insbesondere mit Blick auf Datenschutz, IT-Sicherheit und die Abwägung der betroffenen Grundrechte.
