Published L’abitare può essere concepito come conferimento di senso di una porzione di spazio o come la condizione di possibilità dell’esistenza umana; d’altro canto, appaiono innumerevoli le situations d’habiter, cioè le modalità particolari con le quali i gruppi umani si insediano in luoghi specifici o con le quali i singoli individui ordinano le loro vite. In ogni caso, proprio perché coinvolge l’essenza stessa del genere umano, l’abitare costituisce un crocevia nel quale si confrontano svariati saperi e diverse pratiche, fino a giungere a ridiscutere il loro statuto su diversi piani, da quello antropologico a quello più propriamente metodologico o procedurale.
