Περίληψη:Making decisions is part of our daily lives. From the time we wake up until we go to sleep we are faced with choices all the time. A recent question is whether hormones play a role in economic decisions. To date, studies in this regard have focused more on the role of male hormones than female hormones. According to the World Bank (2015), women decide 70% of purchases. To what extent do hormones influence these decisions? The latest research indicates that estrogen and progesterone - female hormones that are present and vary throughout the phases of the menstrual cycle - play an important role in economic decisions.
