Weil die Erfüllung der Bildungsaufgabe des Sachunterrichts entscheidend vom Bildungsstand derer abhängt, die ihn vertreten, muss zugleich die Qualität der Ausbildung von Lehrerinnen und Lehrern mit bedacht werden. Dabei ist es vor allem die Konzentration auf die Genese des kindlichen Weltverstehens und ihrer Förderung durch Unterricht und Erziehung, die den Bildungsauftrag konkret und im Detail sichtbar, verstehbar und einlösbar macht. Den Bildungswert des Sachunterrichts bestimmen, heißt nicht zuletzt, den Blick auch nach außen zu wenden und so eine kritisch-vergleichende, systemübergreifende Perspektive zu gewinnen. Die in diesem Band enthaltenen Beiträge beleuchten unterschiedliche Aspekte dieser komplexen Aufgabe, mit der sich die 14. Jahrestagung der Gesellschaft für Didaktik des Sachunterrichts (GDSU) unter dem Thema „Bildungswert des Sachunterrichts“ befasste.; The educational task of subject teaching is complex and difficult. It can only be solved in an interdisciplinary and multi-perspective way in research, teaching and learning, in universities and schools, in all its aspects. This still requires fundamental conceptual reflection time and time again. At the same time, it requires a connection to specialist cultures, to their specific ways of organising and understanding the world. Because the fulfilment of the educational task of subject teaching depends crucially on the level of education of those who teach it, the quality of teacher training must also be taken into account. It is above all the concentration on the genesis of children's understanding of the world and its promotion through teaching and education that makes the educational task visible, understandable and realisable in concrete and detailed terms. Determining the educational value of subject teaching also means looking outwards and thus gaining a critical, comparative, cross-system perspective. |
