| Özet: | The objective of the research book was to determine the influence of the “Súbete a mi Auto” Program on self-esteem in university students, the research was applied type of explanatory level, quasi-experimental design. The study sample is 25 students for the experimental group and 25 students for the control group with psychometric techniques and instruments such as the questionnaire; the results: Based on the measurements of self-esteem in the pre-test and post-test phases, in effect the results of the total self-esteem in the pre-test the very low level the control group has 3.7% of cases and 7. 4% the experimental group and at the very high level the control group has 7.4% of cases and 25.9% the experimental group; results of general self-esteem in the pre-test at the very low level the control group has 25.9% of cases and 33.3% the experimental group and at the very high level the control group has 0.0% of cases and 0.0% the experimental group. Results of total self-esteem in the post-test At the very low level the control group has 0.0% of cases and 0.0% the experimental group and at the very high level the control group has 37.0% of cases and 55.6% the experimental group; In the very low level the control group has 3.7% of cases and 0.0% the experimental group, in the very low level the control group has 3.7% of cases and 0.0% the experimental group, and in the very high level the control group has 11.1% of cases and 18.5% the experimental group.
