Beskrivelse
Summary:This entry defines personnel selection, before reviewing some of the key challenges that selection practitioners and theorists alike are likely to face in devising an evidence-based selection program within a particular organizational context. I end this entry with a series of recommendations that I hope will be valuable to both practitioners and researchers as they engage with this thought-provoking subject matter
