| Sumari: | The text analyses the critical issues encountered in the definition of international and special protection proceedings at the Specialised Immigration Section of the Court of Florence and sets out the strategies adopted to achieve the objectives of efficiency and innovation of the same provided by the Giustizia Agile project. In the choice of the strategies put in place, together with the definition of systems for the achievement of quantitative objectives, the focus was on the qualitative profile of the protection of the fundamental rights of applicants with particular reference to the phenomenon of labour exploitation, emerging with increasing frequency among applicants for international and special protection, and the intertwining of the protections provided for its victims. |
