In the choice of the strategies put in place, together with the definition of systems for the achievement of quantitative objectives, the focus was on the qualitative profile of the protection of the fundamental rights of applicants with particular reference to the phenomenon of labour exploitation, emerging with increasing frequency among applicants for international and special protection, and the intertwining of the protections provided for its victims. |
