Digital disruption and the widespread use of new information and communication technologies (ICT) show a certain obsolescence in the legal regulation of these business duties, which continue to consist basically of providing suitable premises and a notice board. In particular, the use of corporate email for trade union purposes and possible company controls and limitations on its use are analysed
