A century later, unfortunately we still discuss responsibility of the State regarding the fundamental right of education and its role as guarantor for its effective compliance. Therefore, it was important to study the responsibility and true obligation of the State with respect to university education and its status of public good. Thus, part of that heritage that is not should resign is to continue considering university education as a public good and reconsider the importance of its incorporation as such in public policies on the matter. |
