Im Fokus stehen die Antinomien pädagogischer Prozesse, insbesondere die Spannung zwischen Autorität und Autonomie. Dabei wird das Praxisfeld von Lehrpersonen als von Paradoxien geprägt beschrieben und methodisch beleuchtet. Mit der Entwicklung einer frameanalytischen Professionstheorie schlägt das Buch u.a. ein innovatives Modell für die Lehrer*innenbildung vor. |
