| Sumari: | This manual promoted by the Professional Training and Development Center provides basic and synthetic information on three basic pillars to support the daily exercise of the University professor: Teaching, Initiative and Academy. From the first, the planning, development and evaluation, essential issues of the teaching task. From the second, it presents training, innovation and research as proactive facets for professional development, as well as the aspects of its vertical and horizontal promotion. From the third, it expands the corporate vision that links each professional with their department, their faculty and their university. In order to expedite reading management, the manual has been designed and written by way of pages with strategic issues and sub-themes, the right contents and links relevant to places and documents of interest indicated in the crimson color that identifies the University of Murcia. The identifying colors of Campus Mare Nostrum are also used in paratextual aesthetics, given their vision deeply in line with the expectations of excellence of the Vice -Rectorate for Training and Innovation represented in the Dia Manual, since it is intended to serve the teachers of new incorporation into theUniversity of Murcia and to the Decanal teams that decide to use and adapt this manual to their faculties. |
