Descripción
Summary:This book explores the multiple interdisciplinary narratives that have emerged in the teaching of Art History, and how these have adapted to the challenges and opportunities of the digital environment. Structured around three thematic blocks, it reflects a new vision of this discipline, in which teaching, dissemination and technology converge to generate learning that is more inclusive, participatory and connected to current reality. The first of the blocks examines new pedagogical strategies that challenge traditional approaches. This is followed by contributions aimed at deepening the potential of digital technologies to enrich learning and the dissemination of knowledge. Finally, the role of cultural institutions in the training of students and the dissemination of art history is addressed. This volume seeks not only to analyze the transformations in the teaching of this discipline, but also to inspire educators, researchers and professionals to continue exploring innovative ways of transmitting artistic and cultural knowledge to present and future generations.
