Summary:The thesis examines the tense relationship between the concrete intent to endanger life and the conditional intent to injure or kill on the one hand and deliberate negligence on the other. In doing so, it illuminates the characteristics of intent in general and those of concrete intent to endanger life in particular and develops – taking into account interdisciplinary findings – a method for distinguishing intent from negligence.
