Published Die Arbeit behandelt die Abgrenzung von Vorsatz und Fahrlässigkeit im Allgemeinen, wobei sie sich den Zugang zu diesem Problem über eine Untersuchung des Spannungsverhältnisses des konkreten Leibes- bzw. Lebensgefährdungsvorsatzes zum bedingten Verletzungs- bzw. Tötungsvorsatz und zur bewussten Fahrlässigkeit im Besonderen verschafft. Im Hinblick auf eine in Rechtsprechung und Schrifttum zu beobachtende Tendenz zur Identifizierung des konkreten Leibes- bzw. Lebensgefährdungsvorsatzes mit bedingtem Verletzungs- bzw.
