Περίληψη:This booklet is a classroom tool for teaching and learning through ethical reflection. It emerged as a product of activities conducted in different groups of humanities courses within the study of proceduralism in the discursive development of students at the University of Santiago de Cali, conducted in 2019. The activity with each of the discussion groups was developed by introducing the concepts of ethics and morality. A dynamic for reasoned reflection was then fostered, taking into account each individual's background. This latter implied that this development be expressed through a moral dilemma for the discourse between personal and professional life. This project interpreted the levels of ethical and discursive development of the participants in the communication dynamic in relation to professional competencies, thereby understanding the progress of the students' moral conscience development.
