| Sumari: | The prepaid medicine contract is a legal business through which one of the parties provides health services with higher quality standards for those who enter into the agreement. In Colombia, the prepaid medicine contract is atypical, since the parties have autonomy to establish the clauses that will be applied according to their needs. This has led to abuses in some cases by the entities that provide the prepaid medicine service, because in addition to being an atypical contract, it is adhesion. In the brief I will present the general guidelines of the contract based on those indicated in some Decrees issued by the National Government and in the jurisprudence of the Constitutional Court. |
