Das Buch bündelt die Erkenntnisse des Projekts „Forum KITA-Entwicklung“. Das Thema Organisationsentwicklung spielt für Akteure im Kita-System, insbesondere die Einrichtungen selbst, eine bedeutsame Rolle, gerade in Zeiten des Wandels. Dies haben eine im Projekt durchgeführte Situationsanalyse (Verstehen) zu Trends, Herausforderungen und Chancen in der Kita-Entwicklung sowie der Austausch mit Kita-Expert*innen aus der Fachpraxis und Trägerschaft, Wissenschaft und Politik (Vernetzen) gezeigt.
