Sich selbst führen? Geht das überhaupt? Die Kurzantwort: Ja, aber… Führung ist mehr als die Ausübung von Macht und Autorität. In Organisationen der Sozialen Arbeit stehen qua Auftrag und Ziel die zwischenmenschlichen Beziehungen im Zentrum. Deshalb ist dort die Fähigkeit und Möglichkeiten zur Selbstreflektion von Mitarbeitenden und Führungskräften besonders bedeutsam. Dem Self-Leadership liegt der Ansatz zugrunde, dass Menschen sich durch einen reflektierten Umgang mit der eigenen Person individuell führen können. In vorliegender Publikation wird die Frage nach diesem „aber“ beleuchtet: wie kann Selbstführung unter Berücksichtigung einer Individualperspektive, wie auch aus Perspektive der Organisation umgesetzt werden? Im Rahmen des Holistic-Individual-Ansatzes schließt dieses Fachbuch eine Lücke in der Führungslehre für Organisationen der Sozialen Arbeit, indem systematisch der Frage von Selbstführung nachgegangen wird.
