| Čoahkkáigeassu: | The purpose of this article is to analyze the reality of Open Government in the era of artificial intelligence in the State agencies of Zulia. In this sense, the possible effects of Artificial Intelligence in relation to its applications in the public sector are analyzed, where the emergence of Open Government and the way to carry out the digitization of processes in public administration represents an unexpected change of information technologies in the public sphere. In this sense, artificial intelligence should be considered a fundamental tool for the exercise of public functions, guaranteeing greater agility and efficiency in processes. As for the consulted authors Álvarez (2023), Burle, Bellix and Machado (2016), among others. Methodologically, it consisted of a quantitative type of research and has a descriptive and analytical level, on the other hand, the research is typified as non-experimental, transectional and field. The population was made up of Agencies Responsible for Commitments and Payments of the Zulia State. The reporting units were twelve (12) subjects whose positions are administrators, citizen attention and heads of informatics. The technique used was the survey applied through a questionnaire composed of forty-five (45) items, Cronbach’s Alpha reliability coefficient calculation was performed which was 0.87 placing it in highly reliable. It was concluded that the computing agencies of commitments and payments of the state of Zulia is observed the lack of goals and planning for the use of AI compromising its possible development and the use of its applications in the public sector through Open Government, therefore, committing to the future the best practices for these tools. |
