Riassunto:We know little about what working life will look like in 30 years. Nevertheless, there are a number of development trends that have become apparent in recent years and that there is reason to believe will intensify in the years ahead. Overall, this includes, among other things, increasing globalization, automation and autonomous systems, and new ways of organizing work and value chains. More concretely, we see faster and larger restructuring processes, looser labor-market attachments among employees, and increasing service production. Through contributions from a range of researchers and comments from the social partners, this book examines what consequences such trends may have for Norwegian working life, how we can best prepare for coming changes, and what new opportunities may arise. What new demands and challenges do we foresee for employees and companies, and how can we ensure good working conditions and continued competitiveness going forward?
