When values form an intentional basis for action or give direction to action, they become an interpretive foundation in assessments of our professional actions. These actions and reflections are analyzed in the anthology’s 17 chapters, written by 30 contributors from academia with extensive familiarity with the field of practice. The book thus gives readers deeper insight into the connections between values, professional practice, and quality in education, and it will be an important resource for researchers, educators, students, and others interested in this topic. |
