The various contributions are also discussed in light of the importance of context for shaping leadership style, leadership role, and leader identity. Context is understood here as organization, situation, and Norwegian working-life culture. The book is aimed at everyone who wants to understand the leadership role in light of newer leadership theories and the importance of different contexts.
