This study seeks to analyze how innovative quality management practices can improve their competitiveness and sustainability. A mixed approach was used, combining surveys of MSME owners and data analysis on their commercial, social and technological performance before and after implementing innovative practices. Interviews with
experts in quality management and technology complemented the study. The findings show that the adoption of advanced quality systems and technology has improved operational efficiency by 25%, increased sales by 15% and
