Descripción
Summary:This study analyzes the evolution of regulatory frameworks for sustainable evelopment, highlighting how justice, equity, and equality have progressively been integrated into global policies. The work reviews key milestones, such as the Brundtland Report and Agenda 2030, which have influenced the formulation of more inclusive policies. Using a qualitative approach, international documents and comparative studies were reviewed to identify the limitations in implementing these frameworks, particularly in vulnerable regions. The results highlight that although regulatory frameworks have made significant progress, challenges remain in effectively applying policies related to environmental justice and gender equality. The discussion addresses how these findings can be interpreted in light of previous studies, concluding that it is essential to strengthen institutions and adapt regulations to local contexts. The conclusions point out that the evolution of these frameworks is crucial to ensuring truly inclusive sustainable development.
