Shrnutí:This study explores organizational culture in cultural associations, highlighting the complexity of managing these organizations in environments with limited resources and high uncertainty. Through an exhaustive documentary analysis, key indicators were identified to develop a multidimensional matrix that evaluates internal practices, values, and structures. The results include the proposal of a methodology based on this matrix, which allows the measurement of both financial and non-financial aspects, facilitating the assessment of their cultural and social impact. This tool integrates dimensions such as infrastructure, economic participation, cultural production, and community well-being, offering a comprehensive view of the functioning of these associations. The research demonstrates that adopting holistic measurement systems can optimize internal management and improve long-term sustainability. In conclusion, the proposed indicator matrix not only allows cultural associations to diagnose their performance but also to justify their relevance to funders and strengthen their organizational culture in the face of external challenges.
