Resumo:This study proposes the design of a website to enhance customer service at Pollos Pavía, a local business in Quinindé, Ecuador. The research identifies customer expectations and improvement opportunities through surveys and interviews with clients and managers. Key valued features include online ordering, access to exclusive promotions, and faster service. The sample comprised 30 clients and the three store managers, ensuring a well-rounded representation of both customer and management needs.
