| Sažetak: | This publication is based on a project funded by the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) on a ‘Model Law for Sustainable Soil Management in Africa’. The Model Law consists of a Framework Law with general soil governance principles and a number of commentaries. Designed for adaptability, the Model Law offers a flexible and modular framework that can be domesticated on demand, i.e. tailored to diverse legal systems and national circumstances across different African Union member countries and regions in Africa. The model law shall serve as a guidance for the national legislation concerning an effective governance of sustainable soil management. |
