| Özet: | The booklet presents phase zero of the innovation roadmap for companies, proposed by the University of Boyacá. This first phase is related to an approach to the culture of innovation in the business context, in which it is important to consider that before carrying out a process oriented toward innovation, a starting point related to the current state of the organization must be established. Since talking about culture means talking about people, this phase is especially related to the individuals who are part of the organization, with how they feel, their perception of the company, teamwork, and their own performance. The tools offered in the booklet help determine the extent to which an innovation culture exists, make it possible to make more effective decisions in the following phases, and establish communication actions related to the nature of the company and the human talent that constitutes it. |
