| Özet: | What does it take for students to succeed with their writing projects? And how can a supervisor contribute both with support and new perspectives? På rett veg med rettleiinga aims to provide an overview, insight, and understanding that can contribute to increased quality in master's supervision and other academic guidance in professional education programs. The texts are based on theories and the authors' experiences from supervision work at various levels in higher education.
The book is divided into three main parts. The first part places supervision within a broader educational context. The second part addresses issues related to relationships, dialogue, and communication. The third part clarifies and discusses supervision methodology, roles, organization, and models for conducting supervision.
The authors represent various teaching and research fields within the higher education sector. Several of them also have experience working in kindergartens, primary schools, and secondary schools. For most of the contributors, master's supervision is a relatively new area and a landscape they are eager to explore. The chapters are written based on topics the authors are particularly passionate about. What unites them is a desire to gain more knowledge about some of the complex aspects of supervision work.
We hope this anthology can serve as a contribution to meaningful exchange of ideas and knowledge development through sharing experiences, discussions, and critique. We believe the chapters can highlight issues and dilemmas that warrant further research. |
