| Sumari: | This book presents the initial findings of a research project conducted by members of the Psychodiagnostics and Work-Related Psychopathology Section of the Dynamic Psychology Laboratory at the University of Naples Federico II. The project aims to explore the experiences of public administration employees at the Municipality of Naples in their workplace in relation to the topic of gender equality. Based on a solid theoretical framework, namely the DRIVE Model-Gender Equality, the authors provide researchers and practitioners with a valid and replicable methodology to be used for identifying and monitoring risk and protective factors within the workplace and, accordingly, to implement actions and interventions to promote gender equality, individual and organizational wellbeing, and the valorization of gender specificities. |
