Thru the study of the imaginary of flavor, it was possible to characterize events, situations, and places, represented in the book by drawn maps, recipe books, and itineraries that describe the city's routines. This research led to recognizing the nature of the spaces, the uses and activities they imply, as well as the feelings, opinions, and sensations that a city like Tunja evokes, represents, and stages. |
