Whakarāpopototanga:This monograph addresses the issue of hybrid work organization as a phenomenon of growing importance in the contemporary professional environment. Its aim was to identify and understand the key psychosocial consequences (factors) of hybrid work organization in the so-called post-pandemic reality._x000D_ The first chapter presents the theoretical foundations of hybrid work organization – its essence, forms, typologies, and the potential benefits and risks resulting from its implementation. The second chapter is devoted to external factors influencing the development of this model, such as the COVID-19 pandemic, social changes, the development of digital technologies, and legal conditions._x000D_ The third chapter focuses on analyzing the psychosocial effects of hybrid work, including health problems, work-life balance, engagement levels, and stress and burnout. The fourth chapter then presents the results of the author's own research – quantitative and qualitative – aimed at capturing the employee perspective on functioning in hybrid work organization conditions. The research revealed a range of experiences, challenges, and expectations related to this model. The final chapter proposes actions to support the effective implementation and development of hybrid work arrangements—both at the institutional and individual levels. This monograph can serve as a source of knowledge and inspiration for researchers, HR managers, team leaders, and decision-makers implementing flexible work arrangements in their organizations.
