A total of 1,843 kindergarten children aged 4, 5, and 6 years, 1,856 key pedagogues, 809 pedagogical staff members, 93 leaders, and 3,242 parents participated in the survey. The mapping is part of the research and development project Learning Leadership – Daycare (2021–2025), which is based on a collaboration between Kolding Municipality and the Laboratory for Practice-Oriented Research in Daycare and School (LSP), Aalborg University. The Center for Practice-Oriented Educational Research (SePU) at Inland Norway University of Applied Sciences, led by Professor Thomas Nordahl, also participates in this collaboration. |
