| Zusammenfassung: | The UN Member States have committed to building a more inclusive school system that guarantees everyone access to the mainstream education system without poverty, disability, language, gender or religion being barriers. Implementing this inclusive transition is a challenge and raises many questions, particularly in terms of training institutional actors (educators, teachers, trainers, support workers, researchers, etc.), the implications of which are examined in this collective book. This volume thus contributes to the inclusive transition through the analyses of more than 40 specialists on this subject. It presents a fruitful reflection on the tensions between innovation and reproduction and reveals many paradoxical injunctions, and focuses on the systems and approaches that bring together researchers and practitioners. It also deals with concrete training situations with specific attention paid to the actors, the activities deployed and the actual repercussions on practices. |
