Özet:How to talk about the Middle East conflict at school? How to sensitise pupils to anti-Semitism? Since 7 October 2023, educational institutions have been increasingly faced with the challenge of dealing with this issue, which is associated with excessive demands and uncertainty. This volume provides an overview of empirical research and practice in dealing with Israel-related antisemitism and the Middle East conflict in education. The contributions analyse how educational actors in Germany deal with the anti-Semitism associated with the Israeli-Arab conflict and what challenges and opportunities arise in the process. Concrete, innovative educational concepts show ways to enable learners to gain a better understanding of the conflict and guide them towards critical thinking.
