| Sumari: | Language possesses a unique and enduring fascination. Many of us have, on various occasions, reflected on its seemingly magical qualities, whether during communication with others through verbal or non-verbal means, or across our native language and one or more foreign languages. This volume examines the inherent productivity of language, which frequently accompanies its magical dimension. Equally, whenever language proves productive, it often reveals its enchantment. This interplay also extends to language teaching, which represents a central aspect of linguistic productivity.
In light of these considerations, the contributions assembled in this volume, presented in German, French, and Spanish, explore a range of timely and relevant themes. Among them are the development of learner strategies that enhance linguistic productivity, innovative approaches to vocabulary and grammar instruction, the promotion of writing skills, the integration of the arts into foreign language education, questions of language policy, findings from translation studies, and the effective use of current digital learning platforms. Each chapter demonstrates the extraordinary potential language offers and highlights the significance of its thoughtful and informed instruction. |
