Der vorliegende Band bringt die Handlungsfelder Schule, Frühpädagogik und Soziale Arbeit miteinander ins Gespräch und fragt auf dieser Grundlage nach allgemeinen strukturellen Bedingungen und Merkmalen professionalisierter Praxis. Dies gelingt auf der Basis empirischer Analysen im theoretischen Rahmen der Praxeologischen Wissenssoziologie und auf der methodologischen Grundlage der Dokumentarischen Methode.
