turbulent environment, on the one hand, and causes the most problems for managers,
on the other. This textbook aims to familiarize students with the specifics of changes in
organizations and to draw attention to the process itself and the problems that may arise.
The specifics of changes in organizations, their typology, the most popular models, and
the process of introducing changes are comprehensively discussed. Since the human
element is a key factor in effective change management, the manual also focuses on
the basic roles in the process, as well as the psychological aspects of change, with
particular emphasis on the phenomena of resistance and stress that usually accompany
changes. In addition to presenting typical methods and techniques for dealing with
resistance to change and the stress it causes, the textbook also introduces the principles
of creating a climate of trust in organizations, as well as the participation of employees in
the change management process as the basic directions for creating a positive atmosphere
