Beschreibung
Zusammenfassung:This anthology consists of 11 chapters that can help highlight and inspire the further development of teaching practice among staff in higher education. The anthology includes chapters that provide real examples of how we ourselves can conduct research on our own teaching. All contributors are teachers in the higher education sector who, in different ways and within different study programmes, have carried out research on their own teaching. Being a teacher in higher education is a role and a task that has changed significantly in recent years. At the same time, the conditions and frameworks have also changed. The anthology explores how we can take a closer look at ways of further developing our own teaching practice within these new frameworks, with the aim of meeting and facilitating students’ learning and development in the best possible way. Through this anthology, we therefore wish to highlight the work of different teachers in promoting educational quality in their own day-to-day teaching practice.
