Zusammenfassung:What conceptions of computing did students develop at the end of elementary school (9 to 10 years old) and middle school (11 to 14 years old)? What meaning do they give to computer science and its learning? What breaks and continuities in the representations of computing and its learning do we observe among these two populations of students? These questions are addressed in our study which focuses on young students’ relationships with computers (between 9 to 14 years old). This contribution shows how the relationships with computers of students of different ages evolve over time according to their personal and school experiences in reference to their childhood culture.
